You're not going to get a loan for your car, and certainly not a "long-term loans. And with bad credit, you are not a loan for any purpose for any period, short or long term.
This economic crisis is due to all the people asking for money, who could not pay (or not). The banks lend money. They have not! Even large companies with excellent credit and excellent credit quality stories have long been discontinued lines of credit. Even people with good salaries, high credit ratings (over 700) and long relationships with its banks struggling to get mortgages and car loans. No one takes the risk in people who have proven that it can not or will not pay his bills!
